That’s why affirmations are crucial for children – they lay the groundwork for positive growth. Affirming positive messages is like giving ourselves acts of kindness and love, which build lasting self-esteem and belief. Influences like role models, TV, magazines, and social media can either support or harm us. That’s why it’s important to control our beliefs, starting from a young age. Once children learn affirmations, they come to mind when their beliefs are challenged.
